FRIENDSHIP EVERYDAY !

I wish you all a very happy friendship day, may you all have lifetime of friendship with all the joy, happiness and privileges.

This Friendship Day, let us try to THINK DIFFERENT. Since past two years at College / University level activities, students go round the city making new friends at traffic signals, mental hospitals, old age homes etc. Out of these activities, the one with children really touched my heart. There are so many people who don’t have friends, one such group is of the under privileged children, some of whom we know & others we don’t.

A lot of positive activities are begin done by NGOs, Educational Organizations and by corporates under CSR activities. But all these are limited to specific days or confined to an activity. This year I take an oath and invite you all to take an oath to be friends with one under-privileged child for life. Help, Guide, Orient, Support as and how you can, till his / her life changes in a positive manner for good. It is not necessary that you need to provide financial support, at times just you being with them, motivates them to achieve newer heights.

A request, along with this message, is not to take up this oath; if you want to share what you are doing with someone to get recognition or if you might drop this midway. Please think to your-self and take up this activity as well as oath only if you get the gist / fell of doing this with a selfless motive.

I share details and photos of each and every single activity that i undertake, this will be one thing in my life about which i will keep it to myself, for my satisfaction.! Few of my colleagues, friends, students have taken up this oath and have expressed a sense of deep satisfaction, which inspired me to invite you all for this.
