On 30th June, Social Media Day is observed across the globe. In 2010, Mashable launched and celebrated Social Media Day for the first time and since then it had become very popular worldwide. “It is organized to recognize and celebrate social media’s impact on global communication. Today, social media is the heart of global communication; and since its inception, Mashable’s been using social media to connect between cultures, movements and super-fandom.”. As Mashable mention on their #SMday 2017 page.

Since the past four year i have been striving to spread the message of “Effective Use of Social Media” to as many students, faculty members and professionals as possible. This year on Social Media Day, me along with my associates have planed to make a video showcasing, individuals who believe that effective use of social media is a necessity today.
